Depart Verbier in the morning for the Château de Chillon on the banks of Lake Geneva.

With 25 buildings, the fortress facing the lake and the princely palace on the side of the Lavaux, the château has proudly inhabited it’s tiny island since the 13th century. Besides it’s stunning rooms and the chapel of the Counts of Savoy, this fortress also owes it’s international renown to it’s celebrated prison. The vineyards of Lavaux and Lausanne
On the road to Lausanne, make your way through the impressive terraced vineyards of Lavaux, listed in UNESCO’s world heritage sites. Stop for tea and cake in a small village surrounded by vineyards, or choose wine tasting instead.

Family Adventure – Aquaparc

Cultural Afternoon – Gianadda Foundation, Martigny
Visit the celebrated Gianadda Foundation in Martigny, renowned for it’s temporary exhibits of some of the world’s most famous painters, which change regularly. The foundation also hosts an excellent permanent col- lection, including the Roman-Gallic museum, the automobile museum, the Chagall courtyard and a sculpture park.
